My article on motivating employees is picked up by PRNEWS for their new Employee Communications Handbook. I have raked untold mounds of leaves and can still type and use the mouse of this computer! We are taking orders for the new book in which I am a featured writer. It’s called The Unstoppable Woman’s Guide to Emotional Wellbeing. My chapter is on self motivation -- Be Your Own Cheerleader!

My mentee, Heather Swartz, a junior at Hempfield High School, and I meet for the first time. We both like Audrey Hepburn! She is a great young woman with lots of potential. I’m really looking forward to this year. During the “warm up” exercises, I was Miss Piggy. I was supposed to find my partner after I guessed who I was. Unfortunately, the young woman who was Kermit didn’t know who he was!!! I’m taking her to the new Muppet Movie in November!
